Do I Have Sleep Apnea?
Many individuals with sleep apnea might not even know they have it. However, there are certain signs and symptoms that may help detect this condition. In most cases, a person’s loved one will be the first to notice these signs, as loud snoring and gasping for air while sleeping are common telltale signs of sleep apnea. Some other signs can include:
- Fatigue or drowsiness during the day
- Daytime headaches
- Pauses in breath while asleep
- Waking up with a sore throat and/or dry mouth
- Inability to concentrate during the day
