Some of the most important habits for children and teens to develop are the ones that lead to excellent oral hygiene. At the Schultz Center for Dentistry, Dr. Jeffrey L. Schultz and our skilled dental team offer a range of family-centered treatments that are designed to protect the whole mouth from disease and damage, restore teeth when concerns occur, and help young patients learn how to care for teeth at home properly. We believe that dentistry for children and teens should be a collaborative experience that encourages a high level of care and establishes confidence.

Home Care

We can help to teach young patients how to best care for their teeth and gums when they come for a routine checkup. We will explain good brushing and flossing technique, how different foods and beverages can affect tooth health, and answer any questions about oral hygiene to help your kids become well informed about how to maintain a beautiful smile.

Family Dentistry

During our routine checkups, we will examine our young patients’ teeth and gums for signs of decay, damage, disease, or any other concern. We will also provide deep teeth cleaning, utilize preventive measures, and suggest appropriate behavioral modifications if we note a concern to help your children achieve the healthiest smile possible and minimize the need for restorations.

Restoration and Cosmetic Dentistry

Sometimes even with the best effort, an occasional concern can develop, such as a cavity or a broken tooth. We offer state-of-the-art treatment for routine and advanced dental procedures, including inlays and onlays (fillings), crowns, root canals, tooth extractions, and more. Additionally, we have a comprehensive selection of cosmetic dental options, such as Invisalign and teeth whitening, to optimize the beauty of your child’s smile.
