2 implant crowns, 2 porcelain veneers and 1 implant bridge

Patient had trauma which caused him to lose 2 upper teeth and 3 lower teeth. He also chipped one of his upper laterals incisor.  We placed 2 upper implants and 2 lower implants. We then restored with a combination of porcelain crowns, veneers and bridges.
